Hi,
In order to enable read/write access to an NFS-shared area on my Linux file-server, I assigned new UID/GID to my account on my MacBook (Lion) to match those on the server.
Somewhere along the way, my account was removed from the login screen on my Mac (nothing else appears to be amiss). I have to log in as "other" every time.
I'm not sure where the settings are to be found that control this behaviour.
I'd be very grateful indeed if someone could let me know how to fix this.
Thanks.
