Restored from backup by accident... did I screw up?

I upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.1... I accidenally restored it from backup instead of setting it up as a new iPhone, like I always do.

I need to take it in for service, will they be able to detect evidence of my JB?

And will I experience bugs because I didn't set it up as a new iPhone? Should I go back and re-restore and set it up as a new iPhone?

You're fine unless you notice something entirely off. I have always restored from backup and never had problems. With that said, I don't really tinker too much into things that would interfere with the long-term functionality of the device.
