Restored my iPhone to sell it today. My SIM was still in the phone when I did the restore and after it restored and restarted it still had my number when I clicked on "iPhone" in iTunes. Even without the SIM it still reads my number, is this because the phone was automatically activated with the SIM in it after the restore?

Will I be ok as long as I take the SIM out? Thanks : )

Yes. You'll see that if you take the SIM out, then iTunes will no longer have your number.

Number is not in phone. iTunes brings up the number it has record of.

Nothing to worry about after removing the SIM.
