Good afternoon everybody.

I just reformatted my Macbook back to Snow Leopard and it wiped everything clean so it's running nice and fast. However, I made a Time Machine backup AND I had both my iPhoto and iTunes working through my external hard drive before the restore. Now that I have restored how do I point iTunes and iPhoto to my information on my external hard drive so I don't lose anything and have to waste precious hard drive space on my Macbook. I just want to be able to sync my iPhone as well without it wiping all my saved game data and stuff like that. Can anyone please help because I would greatly appreciate it.

Has anyone ever switched computers before? How do you get iTunes and iPhoto information back?

If you hold down option while launching iTunes or iPhoto it should allow you to choose which Library you want to use.
