Restored phone to old phone's settings

I screwed up! I wanted to restore my phone to the last time I backed it up, but instead I restored it to my old phone's settings. It now thinks it's my old phone and I have lost so much. Now when I connect it to iTunes I don't see it by it's name. Is there any way to get it back??? Thank you!
