Hey

I restored my iPod Touch this morning as most songs in my library were moved so the location changed... anyway... I decided to restore my ipod through iTunes.

Its restored to the 1.1.3, but i have lost the software upgrade that i payed for.

Any idea how i get it back? Or do I need to pay again?

THANKS

Call Apple. Your apps should be on a backup that iTunes makes on your computer.

Well, what if I have to restore my iPod and completely start form scratch?

Again, we can thank our friend DRM for telling iTunes that you already purchased the Applications, and that it should go ahead and install them upon restore. Luckily, DRM keeps all of its information stored on your computer, as well as your iPod. Thanks, DRM

Having purchased the aps myself, I'm pretty much amazed that people are losing them so easily. Call me stupid, but I assumed iTunes would restore my aps if I restored my iPod.:confused:

I would have thought so too because when you check the firmware version on your i tunes mine says 1.1.3 {with upgrade}

Cant you do the shift , check for updates thing anyway to re down load the software
