Hi, this is my first post here:)

Basically ive spent the past hour trying to gather information about how to restore my ipad to 3.2. Im currently running spirit jailbreak on firmware 3.2. My initial goal was just to clear EVERYTHING off the ipad except the jailbreak, but from what i've read that's not possible. All the posts ive seen say that you have to restore back to 3.2 factory then rejailbreak.

However, i haven't been able to find any updated posts on how to reset my ipad to 3.2 at all. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever used Tinyumbrella, or did you hit the "make my life easier" button in Cydia? If not then you are probably out of luck. If you open Cydia it will usually list which firmware versions you can restore to at the top. Tinyumbrella can give you that information as well.
Maybe you could manually delete everything off the iPad. There is a "restore from backup" option in iTunes that doesn't actually do a full factory reset on the device, but I'm not sure if that will work with a jailbreak or not.
