Restoring a USB Hard Drive from Time Machine

Hey there, I regularly backup my Mac and also a LaCie 500mb USB Hard Drive.

The LaCie USB Hard Drive is heading off the the repair center as the connector is becoming loose.

They said that I am to back up any data before I send it, which is fair enough but when it arrives back, what is the best way of restoring it if it comes back wiped?

I cannot afford for a single bit of data on there to be missing. There is about 313GB.

When you start the OSX installation process, you'll be asked if you want to restore from TM.

Hey, Its not the Mac HD that is in for repair, its the removable USB one. cheers
