Restoring Address Book Contacts Please Help!!!

Hi Guys,

So I got a new MacBook Air yesterday. and I plugged my iPhone in to import the contacts from that, no problem.

then later I deleted the contacts from my iPhone because I sold it and needed to ship it out. And I hooked it up to the Mac, and mistakingly clicked on the merge data button when the contact info came up in iTunes and I lost them all.

Is there any way to recover them???
