I decided to do a clean reinstall of 10.6 yesterday and now I am at the point of working out my Aperture library. Before my reinstall I had some photos that were stored on an external disk as referenced files, and than some current photos still on my computer. I also had the computer backed up with time machine and than photos in vaults on another external drive. So I still have all my photos, but the problem is that when I installed Aperture onto the clean install of Mac and copied in my Photo library from the Time Machine backup it seems to have some how given me all of my photos, (Referenced and Current Photos) so the Aperture library is really big. That wouldn't be a problem, I could just relocate them again, but the funny thing is, is that Aperture is still using the previous relocated files and when I try to relocate them it doesn't do anything and I still have the project on my computer.
So I was wondering how I could get back to having only the current photos on my machine and not the currents and the relocated files.
Thanks for the help!
