Restoring app data (icloud didnt have it and itunes backup is corrupted)

Made a itunes backup today but its corrupted. i could extract all photos etc with a backup extractor but unfortunatly itunes says after putting back the backup for about 10 minutes that the backup is corrupted.

How can i get the app data from the itunes backup back to the iphone?

i lost all my savegames and documents....

thanks....
