Restoring back to 4.1

I've got 4.1 on my phone right now but there is something up with my phone. It lags alot.. Took nearly 20 seconds to open the phone app a while ago and going in and out of bitesms and other apps sometimes take just as long.

What I want to know is if there is a way that I can restore back to stock 4.1? My blobs are not on the server as this phone is an replacement.

Is this happen on your 3G, 16gig white or your Iphone 4? you did not specify which Iphone. 3G on 4.1 is slow, so you might want to downgrade it down to 3.1.3.

It's an iPhone 4 i'm sorry. I think it's one of the jailbroken apps I have. I just can't figure out which one.
