Restoring back to iOS 7

For some reason I cannot restore back to iOS 7, it's saying "There was a problem downloading the software for Jordan's iPhone. Resource not found".

Any help?

You could try putting it in DFU mode and restore from a backup.

Now working fine.

I did know to do that, must have just forgotten! Thank you
