Restoring contacts after fresh start (no icloud)

I have not synced my contacts from iphone to icloud because i have separate contacts on my iphone. The master contact list in icloud i dont want on my phone. So how do i get my contacts from iphone 5 to 6 if they cant be pushed from cloud and i want to do a fresh install? Could I take to ATT store and have them transfer?
