Restoring Contacts content after Jailbreak

I'm FREE! I used ziphone 3.0 on my 32gb iPod Touch this morning to wondrous effect. It's like a brand new toy all over again.

My only issue at the moment is my contacts. I had quite a few and I think (hope) they are still backed up by itunes. But due to the restore and the process of Jailbreaking Itunes doesn't recognize my iPod as being the same unit. So how do I get my contacts back without having to reenter all of them. (would take days).
