Restoring defoult icon

How to restore defoult icon on Yosemite? I never change any defoult icon with something else.

See picture.

This .mkv extension must be orange (not white, blank), because defoult program for playing this file is VLC media player.

This .srt extension must be white because defoult program for playing this file is TextEdit.

Everyting is ok for playing file, but icon is not.
