Restoring Dock Back to Original

I used a program a while back to makes some of my apps and folders have black Icons in my dock and when i use finder. I think I used "candy bar" but it is no longer on my my computer. i used the restore to original and some of the icons are still the black color and the dock is still flat looking instead of the original 3d one. Any help would be great. And if this would be better posted in a different section let me know. Thanks

You can try changing it with a program like this.

Try deleting the dock.plist file in the user Library\Preferences folder. Of course, make a back-up copy before that. Log out, log back in and it returns to the default state.

I was not sure if this would work, so actually tried it out.

If you don't like the results, you can overwrite the new system generated file using the back-up copy.
