In the processing of jailbreaking an iPhone 4, methods would call for restoring iOS 4.2.1 on the iPhone. For example:

One headache I always have is that restoring wipes out all apps that I have installed and organized in folders to my liking. Sure, I can reload these apps onto my iPhone. But, I then have to re-organize them.
I guess there is no way around it.
