Restoring from an iCloud backup

I recently updated my iPhone to iOS 5 GM, but before I did that I backed up my phone using iCloud.

After updating my iPhone to GM version, all my app data were outdated (e.g. Angry Birds had some unbeaten levels that I definitely beat before). I see no option to simply restore the phone using an iCloud backup, does anyone know where it is?
