Restoring from Back up!

So, I had a work iPad that had loads of Apps and things I bought myself.

Before leaving my job I made a back up on itunes and my macbook.

Now I am at a new job and have been given a new iPad, it has apps and things from my Job but I want to also put the apps I bought and had on my previous ipad.

Can I do this, and how?!

I am worried of messing up the work iPad, it has a lot of apps etc that have been deployed by IT Team....but I also want my own apps etc, does anyone know a solution?

There is no solution. If you'd be able to install your personal backup on the work iPad all data on it would be deleted. You cannot merge two different accounts/Apple IDs.
