Restoring from Backup iPhone 4S Setup Loop

Hey guys,

So I backed up my jailbroken 3GS running 4.1 and then I tried to restore from backup (on my new 4S) from my 3GS file.

Everything works fine, but once I press the complete setup, I see my springboard and then the phone starts back at the beginning.

Is there a way to correct this?
