Restoring from backup iphone 4s stuck HELP ME

I was running ios 5.1.1 on iphone4s. I just restored from back up because of some problem and it stucked here [image attached]

and now unable to restore same ios 5.1.1 from itunes then i tried to restored usning latest redsonow but could not save my SHSH bloobs due to this error

Try putting the phone in DFU mode to restore.

How did you upgrade to 5.1.1 in the first place? OTA or with iTunes?
