Restoring from past back ups

I updated to 2.0.1 ....

No Apps Worked ....

All music / videos gone even though itunes said they were there ....

So, I did a restore ....

When prompted I chose 'New iPhone' instead of 'Restore from previous back up'

Now, I want to restore from that back up. Anybody know how?

Just click on iTunes preferences and then click on Syncing, and that should have all of your back-up's listed.
