Restoring iPhone 3GS backup onto 4

Hi

When I first connected my iPhone 4 to iTunes it asked me if I wanted to restore a previous backup from my previous phone.

I answered no, because I wanted to play a little first, then restore.

Problem is I have no idea how to get the restore previous backup option.

Any ideas?

Right click on the iPhone icon on the left on iTunes and select restore from backup.
