Restoring iPhone 4 (4.0.1) while keeping baseband?

I'm about to sell my iPhone 4 with 4.0.1 and baseband that can be software unlocked with ultrasnow. Can I just restore the phone from the settings? Will I still be able to keep the baseband intact?

It should keep your baseband as long as you don't restore via iTunes
