Restoring iPhone but keeping Apple Watch data

Hi Guys,
I need to restore my iPhone but have been using my Apple Watch for a few months with it, how do I save the data so that when I re-pair my watch once the iPhone is restored all the data can go back on? Is this possible?

When you UNPAIR your watch it back up everything to your phone. then you need to make an iPhone backup so when you restore your phone with that backup the watch data goes with it. When you REPAIR your watch it will show the back-up and ask if you want to use it. Say yes and it takes about 10 minutes or less.

Be sure to encrypt your iPhone iTunes backup to include those health info in a backup.
