Restoring iphoto pictures from time machine

I need to do a huge restore of photos from time machine, my question is... if I restore back to January 29th (the last time these particular photos were on the comp) will that delete all of the photos I have put in since? I know how to get to the restore all photos part but am too nervous to push the button!! Never used time machine before!! Thanks

Give this a look.

If you restore your iPhoto library from a previous date, any photos you have added after that date will be gone.

Thanks Weaselboy... Looks like I will have to try and save all my recent photos onto a hard drive, restore iphoto back to the date I need and then re load all the recent photos again. Bloody kids!!!
