restoring iTunes

I accidently erased my iTunes library from an external HD. I had used the external HD for my iTunes app so that I would have more room on my MBP HD. I was able to recover the the iTunes music thru DataRescue, but I don't know how to put them back into the iTunes library. Attached is the format in which I recovered the songs.

have you tried importing them and seeing if all the metadata (artist, song name, etc) is still there?
