Restoring Jailbroken Iphone from a Jailbroken Backup

Not sure if this has been asked. What happens when you restore your jailbroken iphone from a recent backup?

I had an app deleted and I want the data back. I backed the phone up a couple of days ago while it was jailbroken. Will I lose a bunch of my cydia stuff if I restore from that backup?
