I would like to restore my iPhone as I thinkI have a slight problem with it. But its JB at the mo, and I have apps from cydia and installous-is there anyway to back these up?

Stop using Installous.
iTunes won't back up your jailbroken apps, so you'll need some other method. I do not know if there is a jailbroken app that lets you do this, but you could always just write them down.

Anyway if I restore, and take a backup before I will get all my notes/photos/texts back once ive sync'd my iPhone?
yea a backup will regain all your notes and apps and what not when you restore.
you will then have to rejailbreak and redownload the cydia apps again though
Do you think a restore will sort this annoying problem out?
