Lost my harddrive recently including all of the music that was on it. Backup is about 50 - 100 songs out of date. All the music is on the Touch.

Is there any way to get the music off the Touch? As I recall, Itunes will tell me that there is purchased music on the Touch that isn't in Itunes when I hook it up but it won't handle the other music copied from CD's and purchased elsewhere. I suspect when it syncs that it will then delete all the music not purchased from Apple off the Touch.
Thanks for the help.

Did the search. Thanks for the info but I forgot to mention I have one of those nasty PC's and this is a Mac program.

There is a program called ipod access. It has a version for windows or for Mac, and works well. It is not free, but worth it to save or retrieve your stuff. It is available at Findley Designs.
