Restoring problem

I was upgrading my iPhone to 2.0.1, and it's been stuck at the same point for almost an hour:

Is it safe to unplug, then put it in DFU, or should I wait it out? Advice?

I'm having this problem too, along with the problems detailed in my other thread, "Unable to Sync after 2.0.1 Update." I unplugged mine and it seemed to have all my contacts, apps, and recent calls info but no media.

Find my other thread and post on it if you have the same issue after you let the bar finish.
