Restoring reminders to earlier date via icloud.com on iphone

Going to icloud.com on my iphone does not give me the capability to restore my reminders to an earlier date. This article is not stating that https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205018

Why do my reminders have to disappear anyway. Bad glitch Apple. I will have to wait until i get to my macbook to perform this feature ?(restore reminders to an earlier date so i can get my reminders back).

Reminders, like Mesaages, dint have a "Trash" folder to hold recently deleted items. Once they're deleted, they're gone forever.
A backup could have the list of reminders up to the date of the backup, but to get them, you'll have to restore the whole phone to that date. Everything created after that backup will be lost
