I am replacing my PowerBook with one of the new models. I have a full backup, but where do I restore things like Safari auto-fill forms, etc?

Safari stores its files in a variety of places.

Preferences: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist file
Cookies: ~/Library/Cookies folder
All other personal data: ~/Library/Safari folder

Simply copy these things to the locations given while Safari is NOT running. Start Safari, and all your data should be intact.
