Restoring TM of 2HDs consolidated to 1HD?

I have 2 internal HDs (Mac Pro RAID and iTunes) with all my iTunes data on the iTunes HD. I'm about to install a larger drive and have only 1 internal drive with iTunes combined. How will TM handle this?

1. Allow me to chose where to copy the iTunes HD data onto the new Mac Pro RAID?
2. Ignore the iTunes HD data and restore the primary Mac Pro RAID HD allowing me to manually copy after restore?
3. Not restore at all without 2 internal HD?
