Restoring to previous day w/o Time Machine

Boring story:
I screwed up and downloaded a font pack with thousands of type faces. It bogged down my computer segnifigantly so I thought I would delete all fonts in my Library and just bring over what I needed from my external. .... As some of you my know this screwed up everything.

The meat and potatoes:
I'm an idiot and never setup time machine. Is there any way I can go back to yesterday without Time Machine?

If you haven't setup time machine or made a clone backup you will have to re-install osx.
