Restoring Unlocked iPhone to Factory State..

Hi

Have an OTB 1.1.2 iPhone.. did a JB unlock
It is unlocked...
Upgraded it to 1.1.4 via ZiPhone..
Now want to go legit so am doing a restore of the iPhone through itunes. its downloading 2.0.1.. This wont brick the iPhone will it? Will it just ask me to activate it like i hope it will? Please help.
I am running itunes 7.7...
I want it to ask me to activate the iPhone the way it did when i first bought it..
Begging for help..
