Restrict Internet Speed

Hi all,

I am new to MAC and also this is my first post.

I have two computers, one is a Apple's MAC OS and the is a windows PC.


I have a connection of 1MBPS

what i would like to do is, i would like MAC OS will use and have only 256 KB speed for Internet and not more than that

what can be done in this case.

Please help me out
