Restrictioned apps still show up and runnable in spotlight

Hi, my friend wants to restrict her son's iPhone, she used Restrictions and most games then do now show up in main screen, however, her son knows the names of those games so he can search for them, and run them from the search result list, is there any way to solve this?

Delete the apps, the restrict the app store.
