Restrictions/location services

Don't know if this is just me but I have restrictions on and dont allow changes to location services ie find my phone etc

But I forgot my restrictions password. Tried it a fair few times and screwed it up haha. Currently on 10 failed attempts.

Thing is last night I switched into aeroplane mode and for some reason went into restrictions to find they are all available to switch on/off :-0

Is it just me this happened to? Maybe try putting your password in wrong a few times? Thanks

Like I said in my OP I have restrictions on. I dont allow changes to location services and I can't change it as I've forgotten my password and am currently at 10 times failed.

But for some reason my location services have become unlocked. And the Only steps I did are as above in my OP.

Why it's become unlocked is a puzzle. Hence my post. Could there be a bug.
