Restrictions mail iOS 14

My iPhone 8 has iOS 14 update and on my iOS 12 i had restrictions on my mail accounts and background services. I can't access my mail accounts on iOS 14 and its "greyd out" Same problem with enabling background services. Any Solutions? Restrictions is not in settings anymore.

This case is solved: Go to settings, Screen time, Content & Privacy Restrictions on iOS 14
