What I want to accomplish is, say, allow Twitter to access mobile data all the time but do not allow others apps to do so, such as Instagram, only whenever I give it permission. To save both on data and battery life. (And I also do not want to look exactly like these people - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OINa46HeWg8 - just moderately)
I don't know if it's a common feature request but can it be (easily) done?
