Resume from sleep - Google will not load

This is driving me nuts, even done a clean install to try and fix. Essentially whenever I resume from sleep after coming home from work anything to do with google will not load.

Normal pages work, but things such as google.co.uk, youtube etc refuse to load. It usually takes about 10 mins before i can use them. System in my sig, using a BT Home Hub 5 with Time Capsule bridged mode to supply the wifi. I have tried resetting the hub and time capsule but nothing works. Only thing I can put it down to is a bug somewhere in Safari for El Capitan or the OS itself?

Any ideas, it is very annoying!

Really need some help here guys, this is not just related to me. I have submitted a bug to Apple. The strange thing is if log in to another profile, google will load fine. However it will not work when logged back in. Usually have to wait about 10 mins after waking before it works....
