Earlier I spoke to an Apple Care rep who helped me re-sync my watch with my phone without a complete re-pairing. He led me through the steps on my watch until I hit "resync" and it worked great rather than going through the whole process of un-pairing and re-pairing the phone and the watch. Now I can't recall which steps he took. Can you help me?
