Resyncing iPhone will save notes, texts, and camera photos?

If I sync my iPhone with another computer (just got an iMac), will it save the notes, text messages, and photos taken by the iPhone camera? I don't care about the music, videos, and apps because those I can download all over again. But what about my the rest? I have text messages going back to 2009 that I would like to keep.

Yes.
Easiest way to do it is control click (right click) on the iPhone's name in the left bar of iTunes and select Back Up
