Retail Store vs. Online Store Inventory

Do both stores carry the same items? Do Apple retail stores ever carry items that arent in the online store? I'm looking to buy a hardshell case and messenger bag from Incase but neither stores have them though I feel like ive seen them instore before (specific colour and bag).

Can Apple order items otherwise?

Definitely. If you want a specific accessory, order it from the online store. You won't find everything offered online, offered in retail stores.

If it's from Incase, just order from them, or from another retailer. You don't have to order non-Apple items from Apple.

Some do, but not all. It's better to call your local store and ask what they have.
