Retail Windows 7 on Mac Pro (2008)

So I have this problem. I know it existed with the Beta version of Windows 7. But surprise! Its happening with the retail also. So I dont think the fix that was around for the Beta will work with the Retail being as that you would have to make an ISO of the Retail Disk and then go in and fix it with that image burning software... ect... ect...

So has anyone figured out away to get past that damn "Select a Boot Option" black screen?
