I was wondering if retailers like Best Buy still carry old MacBook Pros? If not, did they send them back to Apple or something? No reason for asking besides curiosity. I actually checked a Best Buy and they had the new MBPs on display which was awesome. Too bad the display MBPs didn't have any software to test the new hardware but still, I want one so bad. Someday I'll buy it. :)

Most the time we had to send them back to Apple.

I just saw an advertisement in the paper for domayne saying "New macbook pros are now in stock!" Then listing all the 2010 models at $100 over the apple price last year. ($200 more than the 2011 prices)

I really feel sorry for anyone who actually thinks these are the new models.

[edit = the online store is now updated with new models]
