If I'm importing a group of images (.PNGs) into Preview that are already in a specific order, Preview attempts to order them, is there a way to not? (There's 700 by the way, so renaming them individually isn't ideal.)

They're numbered from 0 to 700, but if I order by name, Preview thinks you count by going 199, 2, 20, 200, which obviously is incorrect. And if I select None, it doesn't retain normal order of the folder either (still counts poorly).

Thanks greatly.

I don't think that you can order them the way you want in Preview, but for renaming large numbers of files/folders, I use Name Mangler and I've heard good things about NameChanger.
