I broke two of my keys while trying to remove them for cleaning. I have the retina 15. I made a Genius Bar appointment for tomorrow, how will they charge me for the two keys or do I have to get the entire keyboard replaced?

Based on the release date of the rMBP, you're still under the 1 year warranty. When i had my macbook i told him i was trying to clean it and they fixed it for me. NO charge.
